I am not a fan of the new D Pad on the newest Xbox controllers. It's hard to find one with the classic D Pad anymore and this one does. This color is also a huge plus. This to me is the gold standard of Xbox controllers.

Since buying this controller I have been subject to the most vile and putrid objectifications of organic lifeforms this universe has managed to chemically mingle since its inception. Which i concur, are twelve yr olds that play esports online. I have been subject to finding out information about my mother which i would not have envisioned if i were Dracula himself cursed to live a thousand years on this planet. Things have been indicated about the size of my genitalia which based on the original assumptions would render it utterly useless. I have apparently mated or at the very least attempted copulation with all manner of species and objects, non the less failed at it as well.All being said the form and function of this controller is very commendable and may allow you to experience some or all of the above whilst teaching those snotty twelve yr olds whose their Daddy!!!

Okay, let me first start off with this controller is amazing. Feels great, better than those silly white or black controllers.. I mean, red is such a cooler colour. Button press is sublime and my gaming has improved immensely. Except I'm still awful at PubG..However, it did suddenly stop working one day. It would still turn on and I could press the Xbox button to go home, but nothing else worked. After battery changes and repairing, I had to factory reset it. After that my issue was solved!

Price was reasonable for a custome color controller. Shipping was fast and product as advertised. It would have been perfect, except the D pad on the controller was broken. It appeared new in the box, so I can’t fault Amazon. While replacement might have been faster through Amazon, I felt it appropriate to send it to Microsoft for warranty replacement. This way I get back a working controller and no one gets this broken one in their hands off as an unknown defective return. Looking forward to getting the replacement is the feel and grip are much improved from my originals.

I have never had issues using this controller with my PC. I am using it with a TP-Link bluetooth adapter that resides on my front panel. I've always been able to press the xbox button for 1 second and have it connect right away my PC and have never had to do any maintenance or trouble shooting outside of replacing my batteries once every 2 weeks or so from heavy gameplay. All the racing and car-centric games I play (Forza Horizon 4/Motorsport 7, BeamNG.drive, Burnout Paradise Remastered, Just Cause 2/3/4, GTA V etc.) work GREAT and show no hesitation switching between keyboard+mouse and the controller. I have not had any issues with stick drift and currently do not foresee it being an issue with my unit.

*Updates at bottom!!!!!!*Came today and works really well right out of the box. Linked up with no issues, buttons all work correctly. Will update if there are any issues long term but as of right now, it’s a functioning controller and so far, works better than the one that came with my Xbox One. Love the red color, it’s very sharp. Also came with batteries which is always a plus even if they are off brand, because we are battery poor in this house so anything that comes with batteries is a reason to celebrate!!!! Haha :)*Update* Upon closer inspection of the controller after pulling it out of the box, I noticed lint and hair inside the crevices and inside the triggers. Realized I may have a used product even though I ordered new. Figured it would be fine as long as it works right. About after a week of use, the “A” button on the controller started working intermittently, had to press hard to get it to work. Then the left trigger started doing the same thing and began to make a very loud “spring” sound. And the controller would randomly lose connection to the xbox about 5 times in an hour of gameplay, light would flash on controller indicating it was looking for a connection....even though it had brand new Energizer batteries in it. I decided I not only had a used product but a defective one as well. I sent in for an exchange and I hope the new one comes in better shape than the one I just returned!!! Microsoft is usually good for their products so I’m sure the next one will work as expected.Update AGAIN: After reviewing my replacement I received, I WAS sent a used controller the first time. Somehow, I got used even tho I selected new and I paid for new. Second controller came covered in even more nasty lint and already it is losing connection to my Xbox. (Like the first one) And the left stick “sticks” or “drifts”. I have used this controller 3 times. 3 TIMES!!!!! And it’s already junk. Why bother!? Why send junk?! Where is the quality control in this world?! I am tired of dealing with this junk junk junk. I am fully returning this product while I still can and I am going to get money back and go to a physical store and buy one off the shelf. I’m starting to doubt that this is actually a Microsoft built controller.
