Support great, comfort not brilliant as the straps become lose very quickly unless you strap up tight (which isn’t great for movement or circulation they).Not suitable for dance

Waste of money as didn’t fit round the knee, didn’t stretch to position. And the position of the pads didn’t feel as comfortable, the pads came off quickly as they are too small… only buy theses if you got skinny knees and all….

No se ajustan bien, mucho velcro en cuanto te mueves se despegan. Se van devueltas.

Io forse ero abituata troppo bene con le ginocchiere che usavo da bambina ma questa imbottitura è sottile ma soprattutto non è morbida.
