I bought this purely out of curiosity. IT ACTUALLY WORKS WELL!!!
I had this up and running on the latest version of Windows 10 in less than 5 minutes. No drivers. Just plug and play. I connected my phone to it and had it recording into Audacity. Just keep in mind for the vast majority of turntables you're gonna need a preamp. But if you want a two-track digital recording solution in a pinch all you need is this and a laptop. The nerd in me is now wondering if I buy three more can I turn a laptop into an 8-track recorder. That's a test project for another day.

Works as I had hoped it would.
I didn't need software with this so didn't use it. I just needed a cable to go from a cassette player, L/R RCA, to my computer, USB. This product worked well. Went from old stereo to computer and captured recordings to Garage Band on my Mac.

Works for live monitoring!
Was looking for a way to live monitor a stereo audio source on a laptop with no line input. All the USB audio interfaces that specifically addressed that feature were $150+ and aimed at music recording, but I decided to take a chance on this USB capture card at about 1/10th the price. I had to turn the volume on my source up fairly loud, but once that was done turning on 'Listen to this device' in the device settings allowed me to hear the source with no other software or drivers required.

The best of all the simple and cheap cables that I have bought this month !
The audio quality is just as good - as my old Sound Blaster 64 bit Pro Audio Card. (Input.) My tapes to my new notebook computer sound great ! I am not sure if I could expect much more - was hoping to find a 24 bit - (192 KHz) - but is seems like getting 16 bit - 96 KHz is the best that I can expect. Most of my tapes and LPs were saved this way anyhow ... Write me if you want to know my choice for overall best audio.

funziona bene
l'apparecchio funziona bene e fa il suo dovere. Il software per il PC oltre che a essere scaricabile solo con Edge (io uso Firefox e non va proprio) in pratica non aggiunge nulla a quello che può essere fatto direttamente dal dispositivo. Quindi OK ma no scaricate il software.
