This antenna has made the anxious anticipation of the automatic car wash so much better. I felt like the long factory antenna was going to break off or swing back and smack my windshield. This thing barely moves and even if it bends, it is coated so nothing would be damaged. I don’t really listen to am/fm radio, but I turned it on just to test it. Seems fine to me. No noticeable degradation in reception or sound quality. Also, it screws right on to factory threads. Installation was a breeze. Looks great and seems plenty durable. So far so good.

Perfect fit, well-made, rigid enough to stay straight while driving, but flexible enough to go through an automatic car wash without breaking. Radio reception is the same as the OEM antenna, so there's no compromise on looks over function. Note: I was shipped my first antenna, and it was never received after being delivered. After a phone call to Amazon, another antenna was shipped and received the next day—great product and excellent response when the item wasn't received.

I was a little skeptical at first. Ended up pleasantly surprised. Fit is great! The base of the antenna butts up to the truck very well. Almost factory looking on my 2026 Super Duty. While FM reception is slightly degraded, it’s not enough to knock off a star. I know most people don’t listen to much broadcast radio but I do on weekend mornings running around doing errands. This little antenna allows me to listen to the real estate and financial talk shows on my local station instead of having to stream them. I just want to hop in and drive. Now I still can!

Great look and it works fantastic. Channels are good and Bluetooth gets right away. It does have a gap, i thinking my bf put it on wrong but he insists he didn't its just at a weird angle. So i wont mess with it but i love the look of it. And because my truck is high this antenna won't get all bent from going through the car wash 😊

Perfect fit. Good reception in town. Not sure about open road yet. That test comes a bit later.

Size is perfect. Still have good radio reception. I recommend this item.

I ran a test of this antenna against the existing truck OEM as follows: with the car parked in the driveway and the original OEM antenna in place, I ran the radio seek function for both AM and FM stations. I then replaced the OEM with "The Original" and ran the same seek process. I live in a small valley against a hill in the SF Bay Area. "The Original" found 94% of the AM stations and 41% of the FM stations compared to OEM but I was able to manually tune into the few stations that I cared about that were missed. This performance was acceptable to me, especially when I tested another popular stubby antenna from another manufacturer that was only able to lock on 28% of the AM stations and a mere 8% of the FM stations.

I must say this antenna is perfect, its solid has no fancy labels or ridges. Would buy again!!
