I bought it primarily for headaches & the band makes it nearly not usable for this. It is so tight it hurts my head defeating the purpose. It make no sense for it to be this tight too given it’s Velcro and can be adjusted.

This ice pack works great, but the holder is practically worthless. I used this holder twice before the main Velcro strap just fell off. Go figure. I sewed it back on and then the Velcro that holds the ice pack inside, stopped adhering to the opposite side of the Velcro. Next, the mesh netting lining the inside of the sleeve, started to shred. Finally, I no longer need to keep my post surgery knee on ice and it is a good thing because many more days of use and this thing would probably disintegrate.

Awesome! The gel gets really cold unlike other ones I've tried. Love that it comes with two packs inside of it so you can either use both at once or have one in the freezer already cold by the time the other one becomes warm. The protective case is soft and has a breathable side with sturdy Velcro that holds it shut. The strap is a bit stiff but is able to work with so if needed you can have it around your head. Great product to use after oral surgery. Will purchase again.

quite good cause can use on many body parts. but trade-off is it can be a bit loose without additional strapping depending on how used.

Nice ice pack. Stays cold long enough for 20 minute icing and comes with extra pack for you can get it at least two icing sessions. I have extra packs from hospital that fit nicely in there.

I love having two inserts for this awesome ice wrap. When one warms up the other is ready for more cooling relief. The inserts get VERY cold in the freezer so I like to keep one in the fridge for gentle cooling and the other in the freezer for times when I need to get serious. Wrap is the perfect size for a number of achy joints. Great price, fast shipping, and an awesome product. Safe for use while watching Netflix.

So far, this is a great, all-purpose cold pack. It's well-sized for just about any place you'd need it, and the completely removable Velcro strap is a fantastic idea.One drawback, though: There is a hard object on each half of the pack that doesn't "melt" along with the rest of it, which can interfere with the comfort aspect in certain positions. Otherwise, I don't notice it very often.
