I purchased this to use with some of my homemade soap. Different soap bases, fats, end up smelling a little bit different when essential oils are used. I decided to start with a smaller amount of oil with a small amount of soap. After the soap set, I cut it apart and smelled it. It was very subtle yet very pleasant. I increased the amount of oil for the next batch and it was much more pleasant. It did slightly change the color palate of my soap, but because I make natural soap and use natural soap dyes, I adjusted my colorants to make the soap the color I liked.It was easy to pour, and the cap was welled secured. But it wasn't hard to open and the label is very clear and it is easy to read and I can tell which oil I have when I pick it up. The brown bottle keeps the ultra violet light out from the sun so the oil stays fresher longer. Over all I am pleased with this essential oil and the quality for soap making. Because of the saponification process, some soaps need a little more essential oils. It also arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. This is a good quality product to use and most people that use essential oils for common uses will like it too, but that is my opinion. But I feel like you can't do wrong with price and quality.

This is the 5th bottle I purchased of the Egyptian Musk (No. 2). I use it right after the shower and the scent lingers all day. I have received many compliments, even from strangers in the supermarket! If you like a soft clean subtle scent this could be perfect for you. I used to wear philosophy pure grace, but their products aren't as good as they used to be, plus it's quite expensive. This musk is a great value.

I gave this a try despite some of the less than stellar reviews. Turns out, they were right. There is barely any scent at all to this, so I must conclude that it's overly diluted. I would have thought this a sham, but I also bought another scent from this same vendor (vanilla), and it is better. IF you can get a whiff of it at all, the sandalwood scent is nice, but I could not smell anything unless I stuck my nose nearly inside the bottle. Even then, it was almost just a "hint" and not a what it should be. Too bad, because sandalwood is my favorite, and I wanted to mix it with some other scents for my own personal use. It will get lost among the others, and is too weak to use on its own.One more thing: it appeared as though one of my bottles had been opened and sampled, since it was not as full as the other. Neither do these come with any kind of seal or guard on the caps to prevent leakage. I had a couple of complaints about the packaging, too. I do not think I'll be buying this product from this vendor again.

I have loved this oil ever since my Mom started wearing this in the 70's, she has synced passed away and the bottle she had was just about empty. So, I had to get more, I get complicated all the time when I wear this oil. I mix it with different lotions and that changes the scent some so it's versatile. I Love this oil. For me its worth the money.

I had ordered this product a few years back and I wanted to use it to burn in my oil burner for the fragrance it puts in my home during my meditation time. The oil I received was light in color, thin and more like a body oil to wear like a roller perfume. I ordered the same number 39 but it was not the same as what I was expecting. I was a little disappointed but I am still using it to burn instead of wearing. It is not the same quality as what I received before or expected.
