He was recalled after being released because he had the hands/hand mold of another doll. So they had to fix the issue. Now, the ones that did make it to store shelves, are considered rare and are being used to scalp buyers. He'll be re-released ASAP, I'd imagine.

Yes mine did they are slo mos skintone but its clawds hands the ones being found in the stores have deuce/jackson/ heath hands and ino of atleast one more that did have clawds hands purchased off of here.... Pics were posted on flickr the other person opened theirs though i kept mine in the box and so has his new owner :) i purchased mine at the end of november though and so did the other person with the clawd hands

No. But I bought 2 of him at Target online yesterday. He's on sale this week for $17.00. Plus Monster High toys are buy 1, get 2nd for 50% off (with free shipping), so I got the second one for $8.50.
