These are my favorite sponges. They may be a little harsh for some, but I love how much they exfoliate. If you think these are too harsh, then get the delicate ones because those are very soft!

Excellent body pouf
I use to buy these at Ulta but they havent had them but these are my favorite. They exfoliate very well and they are not rough on the skin. So glad I found them on amazon. These are so much better than the other brands.

inconsistent quality, extremely rough netting on several sponges, poor shipping presentation
the quality has been very inconsistent on these lately. more than half of the sponges in the pack have netting so coarse it feels like scrubbing your skin with glass, while one or two of them have the softer exfoliating netting that these sponges all used to have. the super coarse ones are basically unusable. also, instead of being sent in a sealed, hygienic pack, amazon just throws a bunch of loose sponges in a few random plastic bags and ships them like that. i've been ordering these sponges from amazon for years, but i won't be doing that anymore.
