Maginex Advanced Magnesium Mineral Dietary Supplement, 100Count

I first tried this from a local pharmacy, then ordered a few boxes from Amazon. It does seem to cost a bit, but what I found it could do really surprised me. It is a magnesium supplement, but unlike the much cheaper magnesium oxide tablets you get from virtually any drug store or department store, this stuff doesn't cause diarrhea, and it is said to absorb much better. The effect that really interest me is how that it seems to be able to pull me out of the fight-or-flight response by itself alone.........no lifestyle changes or anything else. The weird thing is I think you can get so used to being in the F or F state that if you do happen to get out of it...you can remember times past when life wasn't so paced and when the digital life did not rule the day.

Best absorption of any Magnesium I've ever take. Muscle cramps almost completely gone. What a relief.

I have tried every kind of magnesium and they are all too strong and cause pain. This one does not and it does what it is supposed to do. Will not use any other brand. Recommended by an article in the NY Times.

I was surprised to see that the expiration date was November 2020. I ordered the items on August 1, 2020. I would have thought that it would’ve been written in the description if it were only three months out from the expiration date.
