Exactly as described. I received 4 warmers individually retail-type packaged. No oils came with it. Febreze Odor-eliminating Fade Defy Plug, Scented Oil Warmer, 1 Count (Pack of 4)

Does the warmer unit only last 1200 hours as advertised? Do you have replace the warmer unit plus the oil every two months plus?

I've had mine for well over four months and I haven't had to replace the warmer
