I am beyond disappointed with my recent purchase of wireless Bluetooth headphones from Amazon. From the moment I received the product, it has been nothing but a headache. The headphones are completely defective – the Bluetooth feature does not work at all. I tried connecting them to multiple phones, including different brands and models, but the headphones simply refuse to pair. It’s clear that the product is faulty, and no amount of troubleshooting has made a difference. When I reached out to the seller for assistance, their response was utterly unhelpful. They provided no useful solutions or support, and it felt like they were just brushing me off. I then tried to initiate a return and refund through Amazon, only to find out that it’s not possible. How is this even acceptable? I paid for a product that doesn’t function as advertised, and now I’m stuck with it. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money. To make matters worse, Amazon’s customer service was no help either. They were unable to resolve the issue and offered no real solution. It’s shocking that a platform as large as Amazon would allow such poor-quality products to be sold and then fail to support customers when things go wrong. The entire experience has left me feeling cheated and helpless. This purchase has been a total waste of time and money. The headphones are useless, the seller is unresponsive, and Amazon’s customer service is ineffective. I regret ever buying this product and will definitely think twice before making another purchase on Amazon. The lack of accountability from both the seller and Amazon is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller and be cautious when shopping on Amazon. There’s no guarantee that you’ll receive a functional product, and if something goes wrong, you might be left with no recourse. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. This experience has been a complete disaster, and I will never recommend this seller or rely on Amazon for a resolution again.

Headphone are good. Comfort is also good. Mic is not much good,cause at calling your opponent can't listen properly. Cuffs are soft. Every function in this headphone works Sound is crisp and clear.clarity is perfect. There are some problem in connectivity because it connects fast on mobile but in laptop you have to do it manually.quality is good at this price.even 40 ms latency works properly.hinges are slightly more loose.which I think is okay. There is a small complaint to seller They are not offering return policy if anything happens they only offer replace. Which not convenient. Because when your mind changes to buy other headphones you can't get money back you can only replace it.(You will get same product only)

The prodect is best in everything like Gaming, Music, Calls, etc. It's really a good product.

Good product. Long battery life

The product is okayy not very bad or good. It takes a lot of time to pair the first time. After connecting it atleast for 5 minutes the audio breaks a lot. Audio leakage is a lot. Mic is good. In features it was written over ear but it is a on ear product. Beast mode is not too good. In the image it feels like a big headphone but it is really very small in size. These were the drawbacks I felt. Sound quality is good. Has a plastic build so handle with care And overall the product is fine not too good as expected.

This is not working and fake warranty because all things try but this is cancelled me request and not changing my product product already damaged not charged and not start 😔😔
