Is this really oily or does it soak in and dry?

solar oil goes on as slightly oily but it is quickly absorbed and soften your cuticles. it is a great treatment for dry hands and nails. i highly recommend it.

Is the applicator refillable?

No it is not. It is a closed system.

Description says "CND Solar Oil & RescueRxx Nail and Cuticle Care" but 4 of the 5 pictures only show the Solar Oil pen. Is the RescueRxx pen included?

There is only one item included. It is the solar oil pen. It is possible they wrote the description very poorly and meant for it to mean one item. Now that I look closer, it is definitely deceiving.

New applicator pen not working. Nothing comes out! What’s the trick to get this to work?

I remember it was hard to get it working at first. Have you tried twisting the yellow top of the pen several times. Shake it and apply the brush to your nail area. Try not to give up on it as mine has been working great, even after it sits awhile.
