I love my locks from Smonet. I have 4 in total. 3 exterior and 1 interior. These are all very convenient and easy to use. Same fingerprint, passcode, and key cards for all locks. No need to carry a bunch of keys anymore.I did have a small glitch in one of the exterior locks. It kept draining the battery, “although they weren’t” but the lock would remain locked and kept the house safe but we could not unlock it. However, Jackson, from Smonet took excellent care of the issue and replaced the lock immediately after we verified it would not work after troubleshooting steps were completed. He had a replacement to me within 3 days. He provided excellent and very timely service.

The lock is easy to use, easy to program and works great... until it didn't. Ours had an internal failure that caused us to have to get in touch with Jackson from customer support. Jackson was friendly, understanding and took care of us promptly, sending out a replacement at no charge. In today's market it is difficult to find people that care about their job, let alone the customer and Jackson did a wonderful job. Not only did Jackson take care of our immediate problem, his company gained a customer for life.

The media could not be loaded.  ⭐️ Disappointed and FrustratedI had this lock installed recently, thinking it would be a good choice. However, it's extremely poorly made. The lock would randomly get stuck, and when I tried reaching out to customer support, our conversation abruptly ended without resolution. I've had to purchase a different lock from another brand to find the reliability and responsive service I was looking for. Wouldn't recommend.***Update***Jonathan from customer service reached out and addressed my concerns. They sent a replacement lock and it's working perfectly now. Truly appreciate the responsive and attentive service. Thank you, Jonathan!

This lock works great when it comes to open/lock remotely. I can send temporary entry code that expires soon as I want it to. For the money you pay it’s great deal, can’t complain works fine and I recommend it.

The ease of use is awesome. Getting home and not having to look for keys in bags or purse is why I bought this product. Also looks great. Touch it and it opens, voila.

I liked it at first, loved the futures and app controls. Dead bolt seemed weak and flimsy so not a lot of security. Stated acting up and not working all the time about a month ago and now it's completely dead. Bought new batteries and nothing.

The product works perfectly and customer service is the best. Marina called me from China and help me with installation. I highly recommend it!

I purchased this lock a year ago. I have enjoyed how easy it is to open through the app. Knowing that my family have easy and quicker access gives me calm to know they can enter the door without using a traditional key. Also, Jackson a Smonet rep is the best. He had answered all my questions with quick response. It warms my heart to know that excellent customer service still is around these days.
