So I've had KP since I was a teenager, and my dermatologists have always prescribed me either a lactic acid lotion or just a moisturizing lotion with urea. These never worked for me, and I pretty much gave up on treating my KP after a few months. It was a terrible, sad, dark time :*(... Now that I am a bit older and more sensible, I realize that it was kind of silly to feel so insecure about my skin. So even though I feel amazing now, I still wanted my skin to look as good as possible :) I decided to try those old lotions again, and stick with it at LEAST for a month. Fast forward a month and still nothing changed! Anyways, I ended up researching ALOT about KP and ingredients use to treat it. AHAs, BHAs, scrubs etc... That's how I ended up finding out about this lotion on google. I just felt like other products weren't strong enough for my KP, but this one definitely is. Usually lotions only have 10% glycolic acid, but that didn't work for me, so I wanted to try 15%. This was the only one that I found that had 2% salicylic acid also which apparently is great for deeper exfoliation. The lotion tingled a bit the first few times I applied it, so i knew it was working. Overall I think any exfoliation lotion with a high enough concentration of acids will work to smooth your skin, if you use it consistently everyday. BUT, with this you know its strong enough and its great for the redness which is what bothers me the most. ALSO the lotion smells great, not like most of the other lotions with glycolic acid. I've been using this lotion twice a day everyday for 3 months now and i'd say the improvement is slow, but steady, getting better by 10% each month that goes by. Definitely give this a try!

ok so this burns. i dont mean like it stings, it buuuurns but it burns so good i like it. i have TERRIBLE KP on the back of my arms. i have tried everything from diets to creams to dermatologist RXs nothing even dented my KP. The best i could do was wax my arms and then continue to exfoliate the bejezzes out of them which made them smooth but only temporarily and very red all the time. I bought this and gave it a whirl. I have tried so many lotions over the years, I didn't even bother to prep my skin. I literally went in to the bathroom, took off my shirt and smeared this onto the back of one of my arms. By the way "a dab will do you" you don"t need much. It was fine at first and then at about 90 seconds the burning started. Oh my gosh, it burns and is itchy. There I was hopping around my bathroom, trying to blow on the back of my arms. I knew I shouldn't scratch it so I wound up gently slapping the back of my arm because it was so intense. This lasted about 15 minutes. So on the bright side i got a little cardio in. The next morning the results on that arm were AMAZING. KP gone. no no i am not kidding, i don't know about anyone else, but mine was straight up gone. I was so excited that that night i put it on both arms. Another 15 minutes of half naked cardio in the bathroom. Second morning the arm that had two treatments, smooth as a babies bottom and the arm that had one treatment was as good as the first on on the first day. "hey this might be the answer"! The third application the burning wasn't nearly as bad! "I must be getting used to it," I thought YAY" The evening of the fourth day I used it I looked at the arm that had 4 applications.. uh-oh...i may have gone overboard. The skin was peeling on the back of my arm. Similar to if you had a mild sunburn and started to peel. "back off a little" i thought and gave both my arms a break for 2 days. The KP started creeping back, I put the lotion on again, right back to the original burning sensation. More cardio. Next morning, smooth skin. so my conclusion is this. "this stuff works for the most stubborn KP. It burns. It works. Don't use it too often. Its worth it."

I've tried other lotions for kp. So far, this one works THE BEST! My kp has cleared up a lot since using it. I really would like to continue to use it, however, the smell is horrible. I've ordered this 3 times so far, but I think I'll need to explore other brands due to the smell. If the manufacturer is reading this, please do something about the smell.

Love the cream but the bottle it’s in leave it out at a constant drip! I’ve lost more of it than I’ve used! I wish I realized this at first but one day I pick it up and it was all over everything! Needs to be put into a different container that doesn’t leak!

I have only been using this a few days but I think I am going to make this a staple in my skincare regimen. I have had KP for years but tried to ignore the problem. Recently it seemed like my skin problems started compounding so I knew I needed to do something about it. This is just one of the products I started using, along with the body wash by the same company, a serum by a different company, a scrub by a different company, a couple of other lotions that address different issues, and some new “tools” like body scrubbers and also an IPL treatment device. It’s only been a few days but I’m so glad I started this journey to fixing my skin. I thought I was just experiencing aging skin, but I have already noticed a huge improvement across the board, and I suspect I will continue to see improvements the longer I use this. My skin looks and feels like skin I thought I would never have - skin that I thought people only get through good genetics. I do think my skin needed to adjust to this lotion just a bit, but I haven’t had any bad reactions - just a few new red bumps but they definitely don’t come close to the bumps and redness it has gotten rid of. I use this twice a day, mostly on my arms and legs. The days that I’ve forgotten to apply my other lotions, my skin is still soft and smooth for hours with just this on - at least half a day. I was trying to use clean, natural products for years, but finally caved and added a few products like this to my routine and it has made a massive difference in such a short time that I think I’m going to be a customer for life. I find myself just feeling my skin in disbelief that this is actually my skin! I would say redness has reduced by ~60%, bumps have reduced by ~40%, ingrown hairs have reduced by ~70%. Regarding the other products that have helped, I live in a very dry environment and needed a water-based lotion with hyaluronic acid, and I added another lotion with squalene to help seal in the moisture. I also needed to add physical exfoliation to help remove dead skin cells, help these products penetrate the skin, and to help stimulate the skin.

I've used a lot of products to deal with my Keratosis Pilaris. Touch is my favorite. I've been using this along with with the matching Touch KP Exfoliating Wash for about a month, and I'm really pleased. The KP isn't totally gone, but it's so much better, and I feel confident that it will continue to improve. The skin that isn't affected by KP is super soft, which is a really nice benefit. Also, Touch is cruelty-free, which is a non-negotiable for me. Now, for anyone like myself who is super impatient and doesn't want to hear any nonsense about results after a month because you want results RIGHT NOW, DAMMIT!: take heart. While I am happy with the improvement after a month, I did start feeling a difference right away. After the first use, my skin felt noticeably softer. It gets softer and smoother with every use, so you get both the instant gratification and the long-term results. My Touchy method: I use the body wash with a charcoal sponge about every other day and follow it immediately with this lotion. I apply it while my skin is still a little damp. It does absorb nicely, but it needs a little longer than some lotions, so you want to wait a few before you pull your jeans on to avoid that icky, sticky, pulling-on-jeans-when-you're-wet feeling. My only complaint is that it is in the wrong kind of container. This stuff will absolutely not come out through the pump. I got an email that said I might have to prime the pump like 20 times before it worked. I primed. Believe me, I primed. I primed far more than 20 times. I primed so much that I kept having to switch hands because they got tired and sore. I primed so much that I think I might have developed carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. Not one glob of lotion escaped that pump, nor do I believe it ever will. I unscrewed the cap and just scoop it out with the straw part of the useless pump. So, you know. A different delivery mechanism would be neat.

I've had KP my whole life across much of my body. Before trying this product, I was using a combo of Neutrogena 2% Salicylic body wash/ scrub and Amlactin 2x a day. My skin would be smooth, but the redness and irritation would still be there. Since I started using this lotion (along with the body wash) I've only needed to treat my KP once a day and I've not used any other products since. This lotion has: -Smoothed my skin more so than any product I've tried -The PH balance stuff seems to be legit because my skin is less irritated than ever before -Redness reduction has been fantastic To those just starting out on their KP journey, let me remind you that you need to use these products for at least 3+ months before you will be able to tell how effective you treatment is. This lotion will help break down your current keratin plugs and reduce redness, but it's more effective at preventing the keratin build-up in the first place. You need to stick with this product until your skin has fully turned over to see how far this treatment goes. Touch has just earned themselves a life-time customer with this product and their body wash. Do yourself a favor and purchase these items along side a pair of shower gloves and start your treatment. It feels pretty great to wear t-shirts in the summer and not be worrying about people staring at your keratosis pilaris. I will be buying these products for the foreseeable future. Word of warning: Do not use this product more than once a day or you will likely over exfoliate. The stuff works because it is strong. The reviews you see in here of people with irritated skin, likely they have been over exfoliating and trying to rush the process. Take your time and be gentle with your skin.

The product does not do what it claims. It did not make my skin smoother or reduce my bumps or reduce my strawberry legs. I used it for 2 weeks and there was not even the slightest improvement, I am unable to even return it back because 15 days is the cut off period to return it back. The manufacturer claims 100 % satisfaction or your money back. I am not able to get any refund even though i am not even satisfied 1 %

I have been using this daily from past a year. Within first 3 weeks I was able to see the results. My skin turned smooth and soft. Very happy with the product. Have already bought it 3 times and this is my 4th time. Love the product.

Too costly. Didn’t work in my case. State got worsen. Not recommended. Got for 4500 ruppees

It’s too early to comment on the cream. The bottle came bubble wrapped but had leaked from the top and the pump cap doesn’t work. For such an expensive cream this is disappointing.
