They do what they are supposed to do. They do not come with the return, mail in, or drop off included.... Not for this low price, you will not find a sharps disposable unit that includes disposable without a much larger price tag... For obvious reasons. I saw so many questions asking this, so that's a no to disposable. However.... Its very easy to dispose of these, FREE **** My vet is happy to take them off my hands, free... My pharmacy, where i buy my dogs syringes will also take all of my used syringes as I am a customer and I buy my syringes from them... So if you're unsure, asking your pharmacist vet, or your doctor office will be helpful for you.

I had accumulated lots & lots of syringes and wanted to pour them into the containers. It was very easy to do so and I am glad I decided on these two. Just the right size for what I needed.
