Hi Mrs H. Yes, Curliosity has been formulated to work as a co-wash! To use as a co wash, gently massage into the scalp to ensure dirt & oils are removed. Rinse well. Repeat if desired. As with any co-wash, we highly recommend using a foaming shampoo (such as Professor Curl) once every 3-4 weeks.
