I've ordered the black cups in the past and decided to get the red ones for a Christmas theme. They used to come well packed in a box and with the lids. I received them today in a bag with poked holes and without any lids. Why would anyone order takeaway cups without them? It makes no sense. I'm very disappointed with the purchase.

The cups themselves serve their purpose, they are sturdy & comfortable to hold with a hot drink. The delivery was prompt. However the pictures show the cups with lids, so naturally that is what you assume you're getting. When they arrived without I contacted seller, who to be fair responded promptly, they said the description made it clear lids were not included. It does say at end of description 'cups only' but the pictures are misleading & 'no lids included' should be very clearly stated.
