I was so happy to find out about this product from a friend. This is the first probiotic I've found that meets all my requirements. I'm an adventure travel writer and visit many remote places, often in the developing world, and need something that doesn't require refrigeration. I also wanted something pharmaceutical grade, with clinical evidence behind it. And something that didn't cause stomach aches. The RealDose Nutrition probiotic passed with flying colors. And here's something interesting: Since starting this probiotic, I've noticed that I have fewer food cravings, and haven't been as hungry—I think these probiotics are making a big difference in how efficiently my digestive system is operating.

I was on Cipro for too long trying to get rid of a stubborn infection. The infection went away, but so did my gut bacteria. I had been taking a probiotic from Whole Foods, but it wasn't really helping. After researching several types of probiotics, I settled on this one as the first to try, as it was less expensive than the "best" probiotics I read about. This probiotic helped heal my gut. My inflammation has gone down and I feel less fatigued.

I haven't found a probiotic yet that works me. I have IBS-D and most reviews seem to be for IBS-C. I recently read that probiotics need prebiotics to work properly. Perhaps a prebiotic along with this would help.

I dare say this is the best probiotic I've had to date! I've had MANY! This one I can even credit for a flatter stomach as whatever I ingest, seems to be fully processed and completely digested so things just pass through very smoothly. I'm very pleased. I was happy for the introductory price of $24, now it's up to $34 which is still manageable and well worth it but anything above this will be an uncomfortable stretch..although it is a superior product. I'm not sure what's the difference between this one and all the others I've tried, but I've been searching for a very long time and this is the one.

I was looking for a high quality probiotic that didn't cost a fortune and believe I've found it with this product. Time will tell how it compares to others I've tried but so far I am very happy with it.
