The pot is lighter than normal iron cast and easy to handle. The seasoning process was easy and so far the pot is in great condition after 2 weeks

Vilken skillnad – till det bättre! Det här är en wokpanna med kvalitet rakt igenom. Den är enkel att bränna in och känns rätt från första användningen. Jag har lagat allt från Pad Thai till friterad mat och resultatet blir jämnt och riktigt bra varje gång. Den håller värmen utmärkt och ger den där äkta wok-känslan man annars saknar hemma. Enda lilla minuset är att den är tung, men det visste jag redan vid köpet och det är också ett tecken på gediget material. En wok för dig som vill laga på riktigt.

I have been using non-stick wok for a long time. I am getting more and more concerned about the coating that might present cancer-causing risk. I had done a lot of research of a wok that can be long-lasting. Carbon steel wok put me off for quite some time because I thought it would be high maintenance. After getting this wok, I have no regret at all. It took some steps to season it and oil it after each use. But it provides good "wok hey" and is surprisingly easy to wash. A very good item!

5/5. One of the best cooking pans I have. I can't believe I have been using normal pans for so long. A wok elevates stir fries and Asian recipes to a level I can't explain. The flat bottom on this wok works great on my electric cook top and gets really hot evenly up the sides. I've cooked on high and nothing sticks. I did too much research before buying a wok and I am glad I chose this one. No complaints at all, especially for the price. Looks great as well.
