I've been using this product for about 1 month now. After a month of using this product , here is what I like 1) Ease of use(comes with measuring beaker) 2) It has a nice taste to it 3) I know I’m covered for vitamins for the day . Over the last few years, I’ve been taking a few vitamin supplements in tablet form plus my medication tablets. MAN! this liquid multivitamin also includes iron to help with my energy throughout the day. Excellent value for money. Will continue to buy from this brand. Excellent quality. If you are bored or have issues with swallowing vitamins in tablet form, I would highly recommend trying men liquid multivitamins as an alternative, it goes down smoothly great taste. I am no stranger to vitamins and supplements. I have taken them all my life. A friend of mine recently suggested replacing my tablet multi-vitamin with a liquid one, specifically Essential Life Sports Vitamins. I can honestly say that I feel a difference in that short time. What can I say I don't usually leave reviews but I had to share my thoughts on this product. I ordered two from this brand, one for me and my wife. The men vitamins had truly increased my energy throughout the day and helps me with my daily workout as I go to the gym alot! I find this vitamins helps me with my stamina, and gives me that healthy wellness boost I need! Easy to take, and I like the taste also. I appreciate a liquid form supplement as I wasn't alway able to swallow capsules. Overall great brand of supplements. I will definitely keep buying from this brand. Thank you !
