Solid B complex option! I feel a slight increase in my baseline energy with these. The quality packaging is encouraging. And no plastic! All recyclable.

Two months for under ten bucks. Yes, please! We are trying to save money any way we can with the economy being so wacky. I need to take a full spectrum B daily, which is why I ordered this one. I wanted to find one that was affordable so I could purchase after the supply ran out. I will definitely be purchasing! I can't say if it gives a boost or not because I also just started a medication that is making me tired. I'm just glad I have all the B I needed in a one a day vitamin. AND I can recycle the bottle, yayyy! That's another bonus!

This works well for me and has the recommended amounts of vitamins in tablet form. There are 60 tablets to the bottle so this will last for 2 months. It's priced reasonably for 60 tablets. They have included soy in this product which is really not necessary and may deter people from purchasing it. I would suggest they rethink this ingredient.Comes in a brown glass bottle for freshness and storage. Expiration 2024.

Okay, well, that isn't true or I would not have titled this, "I Like Them, Fresh and Easy!" I HAVE had experiences with products I would consider utter rubbish--I love that word, it is not as common here in "Merica ( a word I loathe and despise as said and written that way) and use the word rubbish for horrible foods, mostly. These supplements are not food but they do go into my mouth, yours too, I think, and are anything but rubbish. Well, when people say "anything but"they perhaps don't realize that means anything, anything at all, or, in this case that could mean other nouns like ham, cotton candy, mold, dishwasher pods, and on it goes, so let me just say instead that I think these are great...and not rubbish.They smell fresh, are really (I don't use the word super) easy to swallow, have a nice glass bottle, have a Best if used by: date, (some do not) and within a couple of days I did feel a spring in my step. Not like a bed spring but more like the kind that holds the pen in clip pens. You know, a little spring. And as my diet has not changed other than supplements, this my most important and needed, I think it did just a little magic! Well, there were no cards, rabbits, hats, assistants, nothing, but I like to think the little B-Complex fairies were in town.That all means I recommend these even at an early date! Gosh, I haven't had a date in years and years! Maybe rejuvenation from B-Complex will help me climb the date tree!

This B-50 seems well balanced among the various B's and also seems to work well as regards carrying the B vitamins through the day for me.The price is so low for a 60 day supply I wondered if it was a misprint, although I have not yet gotten an answer regarding the ingredient sourcing for the product.So far I've had no problems with this so I can only offer that it works, it's not expensive.... and that works for me.I hope this is helpful to some of y'all.

I do not have a problem with soy but some people do. These are very reasonably priced for a 60 day supply and are easy to swallow. Not bottled in plastic and the glass bottle is recyclable. Do they work? I take B vitamins to prevent nephropathy from diabetes and seamlessly transitioned from what I was taking to Naturity Premium and haven't noticed any change in my feet so that is good. I would say that they do work for my needs.

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:I take a b complex every day for energy. These are easy to swallow and deliver what I expect

Easy to swallow tablets. They don't leave an unpleasant after taste like many B complex supplements do.
