Q: Would this work for a dual passive humbucker set up

This control set uses 250K Ohm pots. 500K pots are generally preferred for humbuckers.

Q: What are the exact dimensions of this control plate? Distance between screw mounting holes?

I make it a hair under 150mm center of screw hole to center of screw hole. It does not match my american standard tele, it’s a bit wider. Overall length is too big for my caliper, but I’d estimate 160mm, again bigger than my fender tele

Nope. 250k for two single coils. But you could use 500k. I don’t see a problem there for humbuckers.
