Tasty but probably not very nutritious
I like this product. It taste really nice and only need one packet for 16 ounces of water. I like that the color is natural and that stevia is used. The one thing about this company is that they do not provide complete nutrition information I wonder where the electrolytes are coming from and and what percentage. Otherwise it is a sweet drink that is low in calorie so it helps with my water intake.

Great product but Defective package!!
We LOVE this stuff - but this order came in, but instead of being powder like supposed to all the packages are HARD AS A ROCK. The product doesn’t work when the substance is rock solid and not a powder. This is our 3rd package first 2 were perfect. Not happy at all with this one. Wasted $$$ and no usable product.

Ripstix is better than any sports water.
I use about 12ounces of water with the Ripstix to hydrate before my very intense workout-the weather here has been hot and gross!- no fatigue during or after workout.
