This supplement along with the elderberry/c/zinc combo has been my longest supplement stack. All I know is even if I am sick it's very mild and short and I credit this high dose of zinc and C. (Along with High vitamin D and magnesium) Also, I break open the capsule and blend in my morning protein shake to avoid zinc sensitivity. I definitely recommend year round !
