I skated in my youth and recently started again in my late 20’s. I have used various knee pads and I have always had the issue of them sliding down my legs and not staying In place. I could never trust my other knee pads. But I recently got these and I love them. They actually stay in place and I can trust falling to my knees. These are also very padded which is great. And I love that I can put these on once I get to the park. My other knee pads I had to slip on before putting my shoes on. I highly recommend these for vert skateboarders. I am 5 11” 175lbs, and I got the mediums. They are great, maybe a bit tight.

Invested in these because I have degenerative arthritis and really bad knees. I absolutely love them! I usually wear medium pads for derby and they are a little snug the first couple times wearing them. I do use them for outdoor skating as well. I did have a hard fall on concrete and there was absolutely no pain! Even after the fall. Knees were completely protected. Definitely worth the investment.

We love that we can replace the outer plastic part, and not have to replace the entire pad. My teen boys are constantly skateboarding crazy ramps, and these have done a fabulous job protecting their knees.

For max protection, I ordered these pads along with knee gaskets, both in size medium based on their size chart. Gaskets fit perfectly, pads fit without gaskets, but pads were super tight if worn over the gaskets. I kept gaskets but returned the pads. Size issues aside, gaskets and pads are excellent.

Great pads I just wish they would last longer. This is my second set. First set lasted for about 2 years after going through two sets of shells. I use it for vert skateboarding and they definitely protect my knees but the straps lost elastic and the Velcro stopped sticking as much. Decided to replace with same pair as they had worked well for that time. Wish there was a better warrantee or way to trade in old pads for new pads at a discount

Quality stitching and materials. They are bulkier than I expected them to be, but they fit well according to the size chart. Comfortable to wear and they will save you from a lot of hurt on a long board. If you're gonna fall just drop to your knees and slide it out.

Mein Sohn fährt seit ca. Jahren Stunt Scooter und macht den ein oder anderen WAAAAAAHHHHHNSINNNNNIIIIIIIIIGEN Sprung. Und natürlich haben wir über die Jahre immer schon auch von anderen Herstellern sehr gute Schoner gekauft. Sie werden extrem viel beansprucht...täglich mehrere Stunden. Ich hatte diese Schoner hier immer schon im Hinterkopf, weil mein Sohn sie schon lange wollte....denn wie wir ja alle wissen, sind es dann ausgerechnet die, die alle tragen und unbedingt gewünscht werden...mal eben so nebenbei. Mich hat immer der Preis abgeschreckt, wobei sie gar nicht viel günstiger sind, als andere. Aber dennoch, sie waren mir zu teuer.Heute sage ich...schade Schokolade. Einen besseren Schoner habe ich bisher nicht für meinen Sohn gekauft. Sie wirken etwas klobig...ja...aber es geht ja schließlich darum, seine Knie so gut es geht, zu schützen. Das tun diese hier definitiv. Die ersten Tage wusste mein Sohn noch nicht, ob er da wirklich weiterhin all seine Sprünge hinbekommt. Sie waren ihm die ersten Tage ein wenig unbequem. Wir warteten Woche ab und ab da war auch er Feuer und Flamme.. Sollte nicht wieder jeder irgendwas anderes haben, weiß ich jetzt....ich muss mir bei jedem Wechsel der Schoner keine Gedanken mehr machen, welche es werden. Ich bleibe bei denen. Sie sind einfach perfekt. Man kann ja auch die Kappe vorne tauschen, wenn sie irgendwann "durch" ist. Für uns perfekt...also: schiebt den Preis mal in den Hinterkopf, sondern testet mal eine Woche. Retournieren geht in der Regel ja meist.

Acheté pour remplacer des genouillère protec toutes légères pour skater des bowls en béton et de la grosse transition en bois. Au premier abord ces genouillère paraissent énormes, je me suis demandé comment j'allais pouvoir rider avec ces gros pavés sur les genoux. Au bout de 10min je les avait oublié. Elles sont super confortables et assurent une protection incroyable. Je me suis pris de bons impacts lors de ma première session et je n'ai absolument rien senti.Alors oui 100 balles c'est pas donné pour des protections mais je vous garanti que des genoux en vrac vous coûterons bien plus. Indispensable pour les gens qui font de la courbe et qui veulent être capable de skater jusqu'à la retraite!
