My immune system needs a boost after this winter . These vitamins have a lot of good ingredients like vitamin C, elderberry, ginger, zinc etc. They are little capsules that are easy to swallow , I have been taking them for a week and already feel more energetic than I was before.

When I opened the inner seal of one bottle, the powder flew in the air. I had to open the second bottle to check the inside. They were both powdery and somewhat disgusting to see the mess in the bottle. As I picked a capsule, it was covered with powder that should've been in the capsule. I just don't feel like trying them any more. I can't talk about the supplement's effectiveness.
