Reception is good,quality is good,it’s very lightweight and small and easy to install straightforward takes about 30 minutes to put it together and 30 minutes to go up on the roof and screw it on and another 30 minutes to button down the cable but it’s worth it and it is very lightweight compact and it does exactly what it says. If you just follow the instructions and you can go online and scan a barcode and I’ll give you a little video or two Videos to help you put it together and install it. I highly recommend buying this antenna. It’s worth the 50 bucks and you just have to follow instructions do what it says, it says to use the cable from the antenna to the power box and then from there if you want to split it off the other TVs after the cable box, that’s where you split it off, so if you can follow those instructions and do that it’ll work perfectly. So I come in to the first TV, which hopefully is only 30 to 50 feet away from the antenna because you wanna make sure that The cable they supply is long enough to go from the antenna to your box and then you go to your first TV and then we split it after the box and then go back outside and over the house for example to the other TVs or out of the house, and then through the attic, tell ever you wanna run the cable to your subsequent TVs. But I was pleasantly surprised that it worked so good albeit I do have it on the chimney of the second story and so I have a pretty good shot 40 miles away towards all of the sanding towers in Los Angeles. When you open the box you’re kind of overwhelmed because there is a bunch of parts and it’s all completely apart and you have to click in 6 to 8 of those little Stick like Parts But if you follow directions watch the video you’ll have it put together in 15to 30 minutes and when I say 30 minutes that’s at the very longest that it will take. And the same thing with put it up on the roof it’ll probably only take you 20 minutes, but I wrote down 30 minutes and that’s at the very longest it won’t take any longer than that and then, when you button down the cable, it should only take you 10 minutes for that but at the very outside it will be 30 minutes so in an hour and a half you should be watching TV I was watching TV probably within 25 minutes but I had to go back and button down to Cable later.

Wow, I just realized I never wrote a review for this great antenna? I purchased this two and a half years ago, and it has been up on my roof ever since, working great. I like that at night I can glance up there and see the tiny red led glowing, which reassures me that it is still alive and well. This is a low-cost option for a full-featured antenna. As an engineer, I praise the design efficiency, and ability to bring us this product at such a great price, while having the same performance as any other "name brand" antenna in it's class. With modern digital TV, you either have a perfect picture, no picture, or one that "glitches" a bit if the signal is too weak, like from a far away station, or a poor performing antenna. I live about 40 miles from Washington, DC, further from Baltimore, in the country, and I am getting every station available to me with this antenna. The rotation feature, while simple in nature, allows me to dial-in the ideal compromise aiming direction, and just leave it there, pulling in every channel. I get every station in perfect digital clarity, no digital noise at all from weak stations. One last thing--when I first received this antenna, I got a dud, the red led power light didn't come on at all. This seller immediately apologized that I got a bad one, and put my perfect replacement in the mail so I received it in just a few days. That's what has been running for 2.5 years now. He even let me keep the dud for spare parts. So, great product, great seller, thanks!

My application was in an attic, so access to the antenna is very good. Instructions were easy to follow, and the antenna included all the hardware for mounting. I had some issues with the rotator, but it was just some sticky grease in the mechanism. Customer service is superb from PingBingDing! They answer my questions quickly, and make it seem personal. I had another make of outdoor amplified antenna with a power rotor lasted about 12 years in New England weather but it finally quit. It is windy where I live so I thought the this new unit with an open reflector would do better during storms. It was easy to assemble but part felt a little cheap. My old antenna is mounted 30 ft off the found and on a clear day we would get about 12 channels. After I assembled this new antenna I temporarily mounted to a paint roller hand standing in a trashcan just to test it. I received 16 channels crystal clear. When the weather was better I mounted it on the old antenna mount and it received 42 channels with 36 of them being crystal clear with no drop out during bad weather. Some of the new channels I didn't even know they existed. The coax was good quality and the controller is low profile. The antenna was smaller then expected which was a plus in my case as I didn't want a big antenna to become part of my home decor. I live in a rural area surrounded by trees and it worked great for me. It is great having local channels, news and weather again.

This is much better than the small inside antenna that I bought and returned. I only have it temporarily mounted to a post on my deck and I can pick up over 30 channels. I bought it because I was tired of paying too much for cable or streaming services and wanted to be able to watch at least some of the college football games and have local news and weather. I can get ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and CW all of which are at least 30 miles away. The ABC broadcaster is almost 100 miles away and I only have slight issues when it is really windy. Definitely worth the money if you are like me and don’t watch much TV.
