good kettle BUT thermometer fogged within 1 month and is inaccurate by 6 months of daily use
Very nice gooseneck pour control. The thermometer is a very nice component and was why I purchased this product. Unfortunately, after less than six months of use the thermometer is filled with water and no longer anywhere near accurate. It still works as a kettle, but the short-lived thermometer function is disappointing.When I originally purchased the item, it arrived with a broken handle. Customer service was excellent and sent me a replacement right away (and even included a free filterless pour-over cone). I really wanted to love this product, but even the lid from the initial broken-handled kettle accumulated water within a very short period of use and is inaccurate.

Great product for the price!
After righting my original review, the company promptly responded and took care of me, so I will say, GREAT customer service!The new kettle arrived within days of the original and I've been able to use it the past couple days for my pour over.This one is great so far - doesn't break the bank which is sometimes one of the best things about a product. I was able to use a meat thermometer while heating up the water and the temps were consistent with each other. I've also been letting it air dry out as soon as I'm doing using it as I don't water sitting on it at all.Pros:Great priceEasy to useThermometer gives you the "green" area to heat to and is easy to readCons:The handle at the connection point of the kettle gets a bit warm once its heated up.Overall great product once I was able to use it**Original Review**I was excited to get this product in because I've been getting more into pour over coffee and a regular tea kettle just doesn't have the accuracy.Unfortunately when I opened the package the handle was snapped off, although there was zero damage to the shipping box or the box the kettle came in. Based off this I'm a little leery with the overall product in general.Looking to return the product for a replacement and will update based on actual usage

I would like it to pour a little slower than it does
A previous reviewer said the thermometer fogs up and becomes unreadable. I've used it a few times now, and I haven't had any issues. I suppose the only issue is it doesn't hold much liquid, but that's in the product description. I would like it to pour a little slower than it does. Otherwise, it does everything as advertised as does it as well as you can ask it to. I'm happy with this purchase.

Can't beat this item
Another great item at an unbeatable price. Heats up quickly due to its smaller size, temperature gauge is great to get all technical with your pour over coffee, and the thin nose makes it easy to manage. I have even used the temperature gauge to check the water temp in my jacuzzi tub haha.

Would buy again
Cool handle. No hot water splashing. Thermometer stopped working. Ok with me I never referred to it .

Poor quality, short lifespam
The thermometer got humid on the inside within the first month. The merchant was kind enough to send a new one. Then, the thermometer got humid again after a few months of daily use. On top of that, after a couple of years, you can see some rust spots on the inside.

THERMOMETER HAS WATER INSIDE, IMPOSSIBLE TO READ TEMP
Worked great for a while. Now the thermometer has water logged inside and impossible to read the temp. I hope they can replace that for me.
