Really happy with this L-bracket! It’s sturdy, well-made, and fits my DSLR perfectly. I love how easy it is to switch between shooting horizontal and vertical — it literally takes seconds and saves a ton of time when I’m in the middle of a shoot. The quick-release plate locks in securely, so I never worry about the camera slipping or moving. It’s lightweight but still feels super solid, and it doesn’t make my setup bulky. The finish looks clean and professional, and it works perfectly with my Arca-Swiss tripod head. For the price, it’s honestly a great buy. It does exactly what it’s supposed to, feels reliable, and makes shooting so much smoother. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid, easy-to-use L-bracket for your DSL

Very well built bracket! As a manufacturing engineer with a machinist background, and now a professional photographer, I was super impressed with the fit and finish on this bracket. Well worth the $ for a nice vertical bracket.

This is great for my Sony ZVE1 setup! It's super high quality and is pretty sturdy when all put together. I have no complaints and problems with it so far.

The plate is large, and more intended with DSLR cameras (or simple SLR) than smaller, mirrorless cameras like I have. I have a Canon EOS R, EOS R5, and EOS M50, and this thing is very big on the two R cameras, and ludicrous on the M50. I'll include photos of the bracket mounted to my R cameras, including what you have to do to allow access to the battery door on each. On the M50, the battery door is blocked no matter what side you mount the side bracket on. Now that I look at the product entry on Amazon, it's not anodized .. and that means the paint will wear, probably pretty quickly. One of the photos shows how the paint has already worn off where I've tightened down the camera screw. It hasn't worn off the plate itself, but I've only set the plate on the tripod less than a dozen times. It's bigger than my Three Legged Thing "Ellie" L-bracket, although the "Ellie" weighs slightly more. Because of the price, I'll be keeping these. I'll use them with the side bracket on the right, covering the SD card door on each camera, because that allows better access to changing lenses and all the other controls, plus it allows the swivel display to be freely used. If mounted with the side bracket on the left, it keeps the swivel display of the cameras from fully extending, even if it's 2 1/2 inches away from the camera body. I'll just loosen the mounting screw when I need to change batteries / cards; that doesn't happen very often. All in all, looking at the price and comparing it to others I've found on Amazon, this is as inexpensive as they get, seems solid, and offers the extra places to attach other accessories.

High quality bracket. I used it for a photo booth business to take portrait photos, and it is sturdy! Holds my Canon R100 with no issue! Sturdy, great fit, and easy to use.

Makes switching from landscape to portrait orientation easy. No need to mess with the tripod, just flip the camera over. It also keeps the camera at a center axis on the tripod when turned sideways so you can take small portrait size slices to stitch together for a panoramic photo. It seems to be made well. When taking handheld photos it gives your other hand something to hold on to for added stability.

I'm running two Sony F30s filming social medial content in vertical/portrait mode (9:16) and although the camera has threaded holes on the sides, using them would cause me to be unable to remove or even access the SD cards to get clips off. This L bracket is excellent because it just *barely* allows the side door of the camera to open and clear, and for me to be able to pop the cards out. Very happy with the bracket. I'll be ordering another.

First and foremost, this L Bracket does indeed come in two pieces which are then held together by two screws, however, there are pros to this (see below). The product photo shows a one piece bracket, this is not the actual bracket and to some it may be misleading. I knew it was a two piece from reading the reviews before purchasing the item. So, with that out of the way, this is a very sturdy and good quality L Bracket. The bracket joining screws may need to be replaced at some point (it comes with 2 extra camera body screws and two extra Arca plate slip screws), but at this point and price range I'm very impressed. Although a single piece bracket is much stronger, the good thing about a two piece bracket vs a single piece (which I also own) is that the two piece will lay flat in my tripod bag's pocket so there is no loose bracket in the main tripod compartment nor is there a tight and bad fit in the side pocket which will eventually cause problems. I don't leave either bracket on my camera permanently, I only use them as and when needed. I hope this review helps.
