So close!
Almost a perfect headset. The mic died in less than a year. The sound quality up to that point was great. I'm guessing the flip up mic mute wore out the wires, not sure if that's common among this type of mute options. I may try this brand in the future because they're so close to having a good product, but I would value this brand in general at half the price with these known flaws. I do wish the company luck because there's so much potential.

Good headset, but not like the original
I had the RIG 500 PRO gen 1 for almost a decade and it was my favorite headset. I bought ear muff replacements a year or so ago and that’s the only thing they needed. I could wear that headset for hours and it was super comfortable, so you can believe my disappointment when the microphone started cutting out. It was something in the ear piece that was having a connection issue, so I couldn’t just replace that part. I figured after 10 years, it was probably time to get a new headset. I got this one thinking a Gen 2 version would have improvements! The headset itself is awesome, lightweight, and looks great. However, it does not have multiple ear attachments like the original Pro did (the other one came with open and closed ear cups) and the ear cups themselves are narrower and sit closer to my head. While this is a great headset, I would not say that it is very comfortable. My ears start hurting after about an hour and a half and I have to take a break from wearing it. I do not, however, get a headache on the top of my head like I do with my wireless XBox headset, so that’s a good thing. It’s just the narrower ear cups that hurt after a while from pressing on my ears.

Best headset
This headset has crystal clear audio. Super long cord. Comes with a nice spliter if you want to run a separate microphone for streaming. The 3D audio is really nice as well. The comfort on your head and around your ears is wonderful even if you wear glasses.

Small heads only
Not that mine is THAT big, but in about a year it finally just broke. No hard wear and tear or throwing around. Just on and off my 7 3/4 hat wearing head.Truth be told though. I should have written this review 6+ months ago because the microphone just wouldn’t stay connected and had all sorts of static and eventually, from less than normal use, wouldnt hold positions. Static got way bad.Enjoyed sound quality. Too bad about rest. Looking for new ones now.

Ear hole size probably great for little folk
I'm not a little folk, I'm a tall person with big everything. The ear parts crush my ears and don't fit my entire ear into them.I know a little person so I'll gift them out but sadly this brand just won't fit larger folk.Goodbye from the highlands of giantville tiny folk

Disappointed
They were great until they stop working. The cable shorted out at the head piece

Don't recommend buying
Broke in the first month of ownership. The left hemisphere went out so you can only hear on the right. Everything else is good. Just the build quality is clearly trash. I took care of them never threw them or slammed them, never abused them, they just broke.

The wires broke within a month
Was supposed to be the best indestructible headset and the wires were frayed within a 2 weeks and within a month it was unusable.
