I started using PQQ about 4 months ago but it was a different brand. I'm not sure that I noticed any sort of result. I ordered this brand and have been using it for a week now. I do feel like I have slightly better cognition and a bit more energy.

I've got on really well with this brand of PQQ and found it to be effective and good value. This is the 3rd brand of PQQ I've tried and this one has almost no filler. This makes the 20mg capsules tiny so super easy if you are taking a full dose. I am taking a partial dose which can make it a bit fiddly but the contents of the capsule dissolve pretty well in hot and cold drinks or can sprinkled onto food. I've read that PQQ is pretty resilient so can be put in piping hot coffee without effecting it's efficacy. If you are also splitting the dose by emptying out part of the capsule it does tend to form a film on the top of drinks so might be easier to tip into your mouth so you get the full amount. It tastes ok, a bit odd but no aftertaste or lingering effects. I've found it as effective as Charava and PureClinica brands both of which have more filler and are more expensive. Hope this comes back in stock soon as I would buy it again.

I love this brand, have a few items now and it’s always top purity and strength. Had to giggle when I opened the tub as there are a lot of reviews saying they are half full and it’s not value for money. These are TINY tablets and all 120 of them were there so I would rather have it quarter full of 120 tiny tablets that totally full of say 60 large harder to swallow ones! Plus people just don’t read the description properly when it comes to dosing. This PQQ is great value for money for 4months worth. Would definitely buy again this and other Toniiq products

I use this to help nerve growth after a triple nerve bypass. The product seems good. However the packing is ridiculous! I have decanted 4 into 1 tub. Packaging like this is a waste of resources and unnecessary. I suggest the producers of this product try to change the size of the tub it comes in or sell more pills in a tub 😬

PQQ is novel among biofactors that are not currently accepted as vitamins or conditional vitamins. For example, the absence of PQQ in diets produces a response like a vitamin-related deficiency with recovery upon PQQ repletion in a dose-dependent manner. Moreover, potential health benefits, such as improved metabolic flexibility and immuno-and neuroprotection, are associated with PQQ supplementation. PQQ acts as an accessory factor for lactate acid and potentially other dehydrogenases in the oxidation of NADH to NAD+. Relationships important to aging, immunity, ROS defense and neurologic integrity involve maintaining optimal NAD+ levels. The effects of PQQ exposure, both in vivo and in vitro, mimic those of cellular NAD+ augmentation [165]. In addition, PQQ is associated with the attenuation of clinically relevant dysfunctions such as ischemia, inflammation, and lipotoxicity. An important observation is that levels of PQQ needed for such effects are usually in the nM to μM range, in contrast to the mM concentrations needed for other popular biofactors. Accordingly, PQQ has strong potential as a therapeutic nutraceutical. A strong case is also evolving, suggesting that PQQ may serve as an essential vitamin-like factor.
