Loki: A Bad God's Guide to Being Good Paperback – February 3, 2022

Amazing book. Read it with my son, he is re reading it absolutely loves it. Had him laughing from page 1 on. He is excited for the next book, I am truly hoping it come out in hard or paperback as we have no kindle here we buy books not electronicly as it hurts his eyes. wonderful purchase and as long as I can get hardcover or paperback I will purchase the next book

Everyone loves a bad boy and Loki has always been one of the baddest. Now he has to live on 21st century Midgard (that's Earth to you and me) and try to be good in order to avoid a worse punishment. Loki's attempts to do the right thing and navigate a world he doesn't understand are told through a hilarious diary and readers will enjoy cheering him on, while having a sneaking desire for him not to change. The book also very cleverly provides a stealth introduction to Norse mythology and will spark further discussion and investigation. Above all, though, it is highly entertaining and will leave you wanting more. Recommended.

My son (10) read this book in 2 day, my daughter (12) is now reading it.I could hear them laughing while reading and they have voted it one of the best books they’ve ever read..and they read a lot!They can’t wait for the next book!

If you or your kid like Wimpy Kid, you are going to LOVE this. Louie Stowell has written and illustrated one of the funniest, charming and most inclusive children's books to come out in years. You'll laugh, your kid will laugh - and you might just learn something about mythology along the way.

Brilliant from start to finish. Plenty of in-the-know-jokes for both adults and children to enjoy, steeped in mythology, and laugh out loud funny. It is sure to be a hit with strong readers and reluctant readers. The illustrations compliment the words magnificently, creating a whole and totally engaging story. I am eager for book two. Enjoy!

Been looking for books for my game obsessed 9 yr old boy...kept encouraging him to read RL Stine which he enjoys..but wanted to introduce him to mythology which is my favourite...this came as a recommendation and so glad we bought it, he was reluctant but soon as he started he couldn't put it down...had to pry it for bedtime and he picked it up soon as he woke up. I read a few pages and I have to catch up now so can read together later! Can't wait for future works from Louie...thank you so much for this.
