My 8 month old granddaughter hates car rides and screams nonstop inconsolably for the entire ride. That is why this tablet holder seems like a miracle. It installed so easily to the backseat headrest in my car and she can see the tablet from her rear-facing car seat. I’m using it to hold my 9th generation iPad and it holds securely.It’s helpful to put the tablet into this holder and turn on the tablet before putting the baby in the car seat. With the position of the tablet in this holder, she can see the screen great, but she cannot reach it to touch it (which immediately stops the video) and she also can’t reach it with her feet to kick it (which also turns off the tablet).The absence of screaming in the car made me so thankful for this car tablet holder and it works so well to hold the tablet, that it seriously does feel like a miracle.After two car trips using this tablet holder, I purchased a second one for the baby’s parents.I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. The media could not be loaded.  I’m so glad I bought this tablet holder for the car backseat. It was super easy to install with the provided instructions and fits snugly on my headrest rod. It can hold any tablet device without any issues, and it has a swivel feature that lets you adjust the viewing angle and orientation. I like that it can fold neatly into itself when not in use. My kid had a blast watching his favorite shows on his tablet during our long road trip. The holder is sturdy and stable and doesn’t move or rattle on rough roads. It’s a great product for anyone who travels with kids or other passengers in the backseat.

Updated review: The company reached out and sent a replacement product. Awesome customer service!!One of the clamps broke off the 3rd time this was used. Super frustrating as they advertise “clamp stability” several times in the description. It’s cheaply made. Spend a little more and get something that will hold up longer.

Item works as described but will not hold our grandsons ONN brand tablet unless we take the case off of it. It is a very small child’s tablet. Same with the Amazon brand kids tablets. You have to remove the cases to get it to hold them. 😔 Bummer to have to keep taking the case on and off, especially with a kids tablet. 🥴 It is a sturdy holder and built well if you don’t mind using it with a case free tablet. Easy to install and adjust.

This was the perfect addition to our roadtrip with our son! It’s very durable and doesn’t drop his iPad when going down the road.

We have a backward facing car seat in our SUV and this actually works on the backseat. Previous ones we purchased couldn’t span the space of the headrests bars but this one does. Now she can watch her kindle without it falling on bumpy roads.

Even when stretched to the max, it wouldn't open up wide enough to hold my iPad. Returned it.

It is worth the purchase!! So easy to install and uninstall. The only problem is it’s a little snug if you have a case on it. And come on everyone has a case on it!! Love it still
