Deluxe Door Guard Security Bar Door Stops

This one is rather flimsy, the top plastic piece that goes under the door knob continuously falls off. It works, yes, but I have had much sturdier and better built bar door stops in the past. It makes me wonder if someone pushed hard enough if this bar would simply crumple, but if they did at least it would wake me up.

This will slow someone down, but on my door the rod was extended to the 2nd longest notch that created a wobble in the rod.I pushed the bottom closer to the door and that added needed tension to the shaft. I am thinking of adding a dowel to the center of the shaft to improve its strength.

It's pretty flimsy and I doubt it would stop anyone from opening the door if they were determined to do so. However, I'm sure it would slow them down and I'd be able to hear the commotion of them trying to get past it and that has some value, at least.

Bottom peace detach all the time. Annoying. But it does what needed.

Received the item on time. I am satisfied with my order.

Great bar. I did have to use a piece of skateboard deck on the tile so the bar wouldn't slip out.

WORKS PERFECTLY, ARRIVED ON TIME, VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE, EVEN BOUGHT 2 FOR MY 94 YR OLD MOM. MAKES US FEEL MORE SECURE IN HOME AND BELEIVE ME THEY WORK. I TESTED THE DOOR GUARD BY TRYING TO COME INTO THE DOOR AND THAT THING DID NOT BUDGE.

Great added protection. Would purchase again. Easy to adjust. My husband went outside; I put the bar in place; and he couldn't make it move - even jostling the door back and forth. Real secure feeling with this in place.
