Gallagher Electric Fence Cut-Out Switch | Reliable Power Control for Electric Fencing Systems

WOW, this sure is better designed than the throw-style switches from Zareba that we have been using. Those switches always broke right at the pivot point after a few months of use and also often "froze up" due to the cold and ice during the winter. This Fence Cutoff Switch isolates the wires so you are less apt getting shocked. The rotary switch is easier to use and everything is pretty well sealed up to prevent freezing, etc. It is definitely better engineered for safety, ease of use and, most importantly, durability.

It's a bit lightweight, but it works fine. I've had it on the active fence for about a month, now. It's easy to flip the switch even with heavy gloves, and it's a bit separation, so there is no danger of shock when it's off, even for my 40k fence.

This switch is a little pricey, but it is well built, adequately insulated and functions well. Very glad I chose this switch!!!
