The RingSlinky fixed my problems!
My wedding ring set had gotten loose on my finger. So I bought 2 different type of size reducers, one of which is the RingSlinky. I first tried the other brand but found it to be uncomfortable and sharp on the edge. So I switched to the RingSlinky. So far it works great. I did not know how to measure my ring size, so I got the pack with the 1.5mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm. I tried one size then switched to a smaller size. It's comfortable, does not poke me, and the ends are smooth and do not scratch my face as mentioned in other reviews. Luckily the looseness of my wedding set is exactly compensated for by this RingSlinky. I'm not quite ready to have my rings re-sized professionally, and this is a great, cheap, and easy way to re-size my engagement/wedding ring set so the set no longer flips around or comes apart. Saved myself a soldering job, also! Added benefit. So far I'm loving this product.

This seems to be a winner.
It was a little trick getting the slinky started on the shank of my ring, but after a few false starts, it was easy, secure, and effective. I find this much better than the 'Ring Snuggy' noodle-type arrangement. I don't feel it as much, and it seems much more secure, and doesn't slide around on the shank of the ring while I'm wearing it. It's also a little thinner, reducing the ring by a little less than the Snuggie did, which is better for me.I think my ring shank is closer to 2mm, but I found the 1.5mm slinky to be a really good (snug) fit. I've had it less than 24 hours, but right now, I'm very pleased.

Good Ring Guards
Helps as a size reducer for those large rings out there that are not customized to your finger size. This works great for rings that end up being snug and fit on your hand sometimes. Most times, I find that the ring guards, along with the big rings in question, would slip and slide on your hand constantly to where the ring guard part of the ring - the back - would end up constantly facing forward. It's a pain to where sometimes, I would wish that I've had the rings resized. This works but be aware that the ring guard may end up facing outward a lot.

Best ring sizer I've used
I am such a hypocrite since I use reviews to make purchase decisions but never write them myself. In this case, I felt like I HAD TO. These things are amazing. I had been using one of the rigid "snuggie" ring sizers previously but it was always bothering the palm of my hand where it rubbed when I closed my fist and caught on things due to the large rough edge. These curve with the band so they do not stick out and rub the palm. The profile is much smaller. They seem like they will fit more rings as well since they conform to the band shape unlike the snuggies. Highly recommend!

Sounds like a kid's toy, works like a charm: We were amazed and so pleased
This is no toy -- it is a practical, nearlyunfelt and unseen way to downsize a ring of almost any size. Neither plastic nor colored, the RSlinky is almost forgottey its wearer, my partner. It not only keeps the ring well-placed, it ends shaking, vibrating. And it does not scratch bend or uglify the silver or gold ring as metallic sizers usually do after a few wearings.

It's just ok
Not the best solution, but not the worst. It goes on easy. Feels smooth against the skin. I bought the smallest sizes. However, it moves. It did not take the size down far enough for me either. All in all its an ok solution. Better that the ones that are long and just fit on. Those move and fall off.

Easy to apply
Easy to apply, comfortable, and almost invisible. Doesn't get water trapped inside when i wash my hands. I'm glad I ordered the 1.5/2/3mm package because my ring is a little over 2mm but the 1.5mm ring slinky fits better. The 2mm slides around a lot. 4 stars because the sizing info is wrong.

Slinky on my ring
I purchased this so my current 'reducer' couldn't be seen while my husband & I were renewing our wedding vows for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was perfect. Nothing will ever work exact as what we would like, but at least my ring doesn't fly around on my finger all the time. I found the 2.0mm to work best on my ring. You cannot see unless you turn your hand over, & then clear so you don't see from a distance. Here's an idea of what it looks like on my hand.
