Ghost Scream Hot Sauce - "Original Flavor" (Smoky, Bold & Flavorful!) - Original Award-Winning Ghost Pepper Recipe, (5.5 Oz.)

I had my doubts about this sauce but I was happily surprised by the flavor and comfortable heat of Ghost Scream. I am one of those who loves a good hot sauce and a lot of heat but I insist eating only hot sauces that are flavored 100% by the peppers and their own inherent heat. I do not appreciate sauces that have been doctored with "pepper extract" AKA "capsaicin extract." I find this to be a simple parlor gimmick and not true to the art of making such kinds of sauces. Using pure capsaicin is technically cheating and the heat same across the board regardless of what hot pepper they use because all they have to do is increase the amount of extract to increase the heat. I could do the same thing to a bottle of Ketchup and it would be no less impressive than Dave's insanity sauces. That said, I LOVE the flavor of Ghost peppers! They're a similar to Chipotle in flavor but more complex and have an earthier umami-like flavor with a back of the mouth burn that I can appreciate. Ghost Scream nailed it! Full flavor: Check! Distinctive taste: Check! (meaning I can easily identify this by a blind taste test- to me this is a HUGE plus in my book), texture: Check! fast shipping: Check!, versatility on various dishes: Check! (my favorite so far is on Chorizo and eggs). Guys, you really did a fantastic job on this sauce and I really appreciate that you also took the time to let me know via Amazon FAQ that your sauce was not adulterated with capsaicin extract. To me that's great customer service. You can easily tell a lot of love and time went into this product, thank you. 5 stars all around

Ghost Scream Original Hot Sauce is hands down my favorite hot sauce of all time. I literally can’t get enough of it. The heat is just right—enough to wake up your taste buds without overwhelming them—but the real star here is the FLAVOR. It’s rich, smoky, and complex with just the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. I find myself putting it on everything: eggs, tacos, burgers, even mixing it into marinades and dips. They seriously need to start selling this stuff by the gallon—I’d be first in line. If you're a hot sauce lover who values flavor as much as heat, this one is an absolute must-try.🔥🔥🔥

Spicy, flavorful, the best hotsauce ever. I found this year's ago at the sandiego state fair and have been buying it ever since. Love love love. Gets here quick and efficiently. Packed securely.

Received this as a gift and had to buy more asap. This hot sauce is really good and flavorful. Not so spicy that you can't taste the food you put it on or that it burns your mouth. It has a very balanced flavor and can be used on just about anything.

This is by no means hot. It's mostly vinegar which I hate in a hot sauce. It did have decent flavor as a mild dipping sauce however, but don't expect too much kick from it, It didn't even burn my mouth.

We used to live in San Clemente, CA on the same street as the chef that created Ghost Scream. When we first met him he offered us some Ghost Scream from his supply and we’ve been hooked ever since. Ghost Scream is not in the same category as hot sauce and it should never be compared as such. It packs plenty of heat but the real punch comes from the complex flavor profile. I’m a bit of a foodie and I can’t stand the traditional vinegar laden hot sauce but this one is in a whole new category and it makes everything taste amazing. A word of caution though. It’s hot so a little dab will do ya’! These days we are ordering all the way from Nashville, TN and we keep running out. We even give it away as gifts to our friends.

Zesty, not too hot, good aroma but over priced, too thin and needs a restriction on the top to slow down the flow.
