I was VERY disappointed in this product. I have just moved into a townhome and was really anticipating that this entry/hall organizer would be the ticket.1. If you look closely at the photos posted, you'll see that the items they show placed on the shelves and hooks are photo-shopped. Compare the size to the door on the right, and the scale is just ridiculous. I did not notice this before buying. The overall size of the product is as described in the text, however. It's about 2 1/2 feet wide.2. The instructions are ... well, instruction-less. See photo.3. Look at the hook in my hand and compare it to the hooks in the photos. Much, much smaller, no defined knobs - basically an entirely different, and inferior item.4. The shelves are NOT WOOD! They may be pressboard combined with a polymer, or some other wood by-product, but they are NOT WOOD. When you knock on them, and scrape a fingernail along them, they ring hollow, like plastic. NOT WOOD!5. The pipes are not "black". They are a cheap-n-cheesy black-silver paint job. That alone pretty much disqualified it from my house, but I would have gone ahead with it if the wood had been real. The frame itself is very solid and heavy. I imagine that once it's put together, it would be a sturdy item.6. I assumed the item could be assembled by pushing screws/bolts into pre-drilled openings. Nope. You will need tools and muscle. You gotta screw your own way into this hard polyboard mess. I wouldn't mind that if the materials were the quality I expected. But they're not. So ... not worth the trouble and ultimate disappointment.Very disappointed. I like the style. I loved the little antique-y pipe feet ... reminded me of my childhood. If there weren't so many disappointments in terms of quality, I would keep it.I'm a cranky old lady without a lot of room or patience. If I were my 20-something self again with a houseful of children and foster teens, I would definitely keep it.For the price, it's utilitarian, but ... eh.

I make things like this, but to save time during my move, I decided to order this as I thought it would be easy to assemble... I was mistaken.Didn't come with directions, and couldn't find any online. No holes were predrilled for the top wood part, so I had to measure and drill myself. It's not the most sturdy thing, and it's a bit shorter than expected, but it does look pretty nice. Just make sure you already have a drill, measuring tape or ruler, and Phillips head screwdriver.

Great piece but the screws for the hangers were to small. I had to go out and buy some.

The instructions are printed on tissue paper. Glued to the bubble wrap packaging. Printed in miniature scale. Completely illegible.Product is actually pretty cool and strong.Assembly tip, start from the top down.

Looks nice, but very difficult to put together and once assembled it’s very wobbly. Also a lot shorter than anticipated.

This is deceptively large. I love it. The wood has a little more green tint than I saw in the pictures, but it's a cool product.

Is very pretty but is not the hall tree from the main picture is way smaller. I was disappointed about the size. I was expecting to received a bigger hall tree! Took me less than 45 minutes to assemble the whole thing, if you start from bottom to top, is easier rather that way. The basket is not included and compare the item I got with the one advertised! Still love it

Great look, but you have to be very good at DIY because it is a little bit complicated to build.But otherwise, the furniture is nice !
