Diwhy Industrial Pipe Clothing Rack Pine Wood Shelving Shoes Rack Cloth Hanger Pipe Shelf Garment Racks (Style 1)

The only thing is, I can't figure out how to have all the piping fit tight. The middle pipes that hold the top pipes tighten in the opposite direction as the tops. So when you tighten one your are loosening the other...any advice?Aside from the that, the product looks amazing!

I like how sturdy this product. Only missing is the middle bar.

The product came missing half of the pieces necessary and I was unable to return it during the allotted two week period due to the protests. How can I amend this problem?
