Good value for money

I bought it for cutting meat, however Not as sharp as I expected, I even had a problem cutting up a turnip!!

This chef knife arrived inside a nicely packed box which can be a perfect gift. The knife itself also looks elegant and decent quality. It is sharp and lightweight. It is easy to hold and easy to use. The handle is made of wood and ergonomic design is comfortable to use. It is currently on sale £13.69 which is a good bale for money.

This really is a fancy knife. And it's of excellent quality. You can tell in the way that it looks and feels. It has a great weight to it. I do like a weighty knife when it comes to chopping veg. It's very sharp and glides through the food smoothly. And I love the cover that comes with it. Great especially with having 2 two young children.

This arrived hygienically sealed and in a decent cardboard box. The knife itself came with a blade guard.It is a decent looking and feeling knife and has got some weight to it. The handle is attached in 2 pieces to either side of the one-piece blade which will hopefully stop the wood on the handle from splitting which is what happened to one of my previous knives.The blade guard is a nice fit and comes off easily. The blade itself is quite rigid and has very little lateral movement to it. In use it is very sharp and cuts through most things very well. It made very light work of chopping root vegetables.As with most knives, this should be maintained and sharpened regularly and then it feels like this will last long time.

My partner needed a new knife so ordered this. Excellent quality and comes in a lovely box so would be great as a gift. The handle holds really well and the knife glides through food.

First off, this is not a professional standard knife. For that, you’d be looking at about ten times the asking price. However, it is a cut above what you’d get in a £50 block of knives. It's well balanced and the blade is very sharp. Given its size, it's the knife to use when you need a bit of heft when cutting and chopping things like potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, large onions etc. It comes with a plastic protective blade cover. For the money, it’s very good value.
