Best there is for concrete. Holds like a champ, even close to a edge.These hold by compression, concrete handles well. Other name brandworks be expanding in hole putting concrete in tension which concretedoes not handle well. Use the other brand too close to an edge and itwill crack the concrete. Super easy to install, just water the hole anddrill. A 12 volt battery powered impact driver works perfect, enough tofully seat the screw but not so much the it breaks off the head. Depthinto hole should be between 1 3/4 a 2 1/2 inches. Any more and youchance drilling into re-bar which will seriously screw up a masonrydrill bit. Used these for years and never had a problem!
