Hard to use without manual
Would have been great to get a how to use manual

Not great
Spent hours with this thing on my skates, then had my husband work on them for a couple more hours. It's exhausting. Them took my skates out for a skate session only to find out that it basically did nothing. Might as well pay to have it done for you.
