Easy to use lots of water flow easy to clean

Nice wand for our new shower.Pressure is great even when mixer setting is set (rainfall and handheld together). I was worried the spray wouldn't be wide enough, but it turned out just great.It does leave some finger prints which is easy to wipe down with towel.Wand can pivot up or down and side to side. The wand is plastic, hose is metal.Few plastic insert pieces in the bar as well as mounting cover caps. The vertical bar itself is metal. We got stainless steel.Good length hose, but we had issues with it at first. Per installation instruction, we were supposed to get a different model hose- the one that has cone connectors on both ends. However, we received a hose with Cone connector to wand and Hex connector to wall elbow, which made some thread visible on elbow piece. I didn't like the look of threading being visible and contacted Delta. They promptly send me a new hose, which happened to be just like the one we already had. I called again and was asked some weird questions (like "is it leaking?" "no, it doesn't, but it doesn't look like I got the right part and i'm not ok with visible threading.") Finally, service rep sent me the right part. However, this 3rd hose was as stiff as a car suspension coil. I thought it was a joke. I started to research on my own and realized that this 3rd hose is the RIGHT part- Stiff, plastic and plain ugly. It was even higher in price from other listings on amazon. Since Delta didn't want any of the hoses back (the original or 1st replacement) I ended up keeping all 3 hoses and sticking with Cone/hex original hose. After all, I'd rather see the threading on the elbow piece (which only I CAN SEE since it's 2' AFF) than have to use this plastic stiff hose. with right part number. I've searched other hoses on amazon but realized our hose was much better than those negative reviews on other hoses out there.After all, very happy with our purchase.

Nice quality and performs well and very sturdy .. the bar is a nice addition as a grab bar and for changing positions when not using it as a hand held …

I would’ve given this 5 stars, but the slide is the most stiff handheld EVER and it’s not easy to slide and definitely can’t one hand it. It’s also not great for spots and cleaning. However, it works great and the hose is my favorite I have ever had. Very good pressure and pliable hose.

Home remodel - Bought this figuring it was DELTA and for the price also thought no way its junk. Opened it up and BAM.... the spray wand is made of CHEAP PLASTIC!!!! It has to be the most idiotic thing EVER!!! Why would anyone design a product where the one thing that is going to get dropped on hard shower floors is made of the most breakable material beside (stainless spray wands). Maybe their goal was to have your spray wand crack and not your shower tile. Whatever, I returned it and bought the other DELTA handles without the wand. I will simply find a stainless spray wand elsewhere.

The unit looks great. The wand itself is lightweight, but you really wouldn’t want a heavy brass wand that could be dropped on your toes.The install process and the instructions were well designed and went together easily.You need a connector for the wall outlet which is not included.

An excellent buy when, purchasing a return, but like new condition used item. Cut the price down dramatically and there was not a thing wrong with it. A great way to shop for Delta items on Amazon.

I bought this in addition to an overhead rainfall shower. This arm and wand combo is amazing value, all things considered(cost of an arm and wand separately is sometimes ridiculous), and installation was seemlessly simple.We ended up purchasing this and opening the box two weeks later to find that the box had previously been open and components were missing. The wand, parts of the arm along with the screws were missing. We ended up getting a replacement right before the end of the return window.The arm is sturdy and the instructions on installation were simple and easy to follow. The pressure from the head of the wand is amazing. It's a good pressure even when used as an "overhead" sprayer but is great if you're needing to extend it to .. well, wash your dogs for example. It's not too high of a pressure but it's satisfactory if you like high waterflow.The elbow isn't included(we had bought that already prior to choosing this), so be aware you'll still have to purchase one separately.All in all, I'd purchase this again if I had to redo my bathroom renovations, and I've already recommended it to others looking into getting one!

Missing some parts, pay attention to ad ( pictures can mislead...)...takes time to receive money back

This product is cheaply produced, lots of plastic parts at critical areas, such as shower holder that is adjustable on the rail. Only part that is metal is the 24 inch long rail. I opened one box and viewed this item, and could see how this product would fail very quickly.Don't waste your time with this product, spend the extra $100.00 to by a quality all metal shower rail that will last for years. I did return the complete order of 2 of theses, and Amazon gave me the postal return labels. Thanks Amazon.
