Can you easily cut these with scissors?

Yes you can cut them but I didn't, I don't like these or the round ones I bought to make earrings. After a year the glue turns yellow and nasty looking. I used them for cutting out designs in a magazine.

Seeing residue under epoxy....does this go away?

I have added pressure to top and it seemed to help. This seemed to happen if I did not let my sealer dry properly before placing the epoxy.

I need these for dog tags .... how easy would it be to make a hole for chain or do you make this size with a hole

Don't worry,the thickness is 1.7mm,it is easy to make a hole by some tools
