Comes As Advertised
Works as advertised! I was a bit hesitant because of it's online sponsoring ads, I didn't want to be ripped off; but everything was delivered with great quality and works well. The pieces are a bit flimsy - made of soft plastic. It's also easy to get a little out of wonk, but perhaps that's just the quality of the user and not the product. Good buy!

it is easy to make into the shape that you need
I got this ruler for my dad who is always building something for someone. It works just the way it was suppose to and helps to make those complicated cuts easier. it is easy to make into the shape that you need...you can just measure what you are trying to duplicate too which is a great feature. I would recommend this for someone who likes to build things...it is a very helpful tool!

Does what it is supposed to
This works well for making consistent angles. You just get it lined up and twist the knobs until it is locked in place. I have not had any trouble with the plastic one, but looking back now I would probably get the metal version because the plastic one feels a little flimsy. I like it otherwise.

Missing parts
The idea is great. The pinch screws hold the angles firmly enough to transfer them to your workpiece without them moving. Only 3 stars because it arrived with one of the screws missing. The return was simple though.

... at first because I was afraid it would break easily and not function as advertised
I was skeptical about this purchase at first because I was afraid it would break easily and not function as advertised. It was put to the test when my husband remodeled our house and needed to lay flooring which contained some tricky angles and cuts. I was pleasantly surprised when the floor was laid in less than 2 days with minimal complaints from my husband. When I asked him how the tool worked, he had nothing but great things to say and said it saved him a ton of time and headache. Would definitely purchase again.

Glad to have it when you need it.
I bought this tool as a gift for a handyman friend who is about to move into a fixer-upper. It looks like just the right item to fit into his tool box for hanging pictures and making square corners where he needs them. I had to cut a block of wood a few months ago to fit an irregular hole and could have used something like this then. He may not use it all the time, but he'll be glad to have it when he needs it.

Works great for crazy angle cuts.
Have been using this to put a new roof on my gazebo. I do a few sides each summer and those angles are nuts to get right. Greatly cut down my time and way less mistakes. This edges side to side are much tighter. This thing is amazing for do it yourselfer's!

Useful tool
I love this little tool. I tried it for the first time yesterday and I’m impressed. Of course it’s plastic, but just be careful. I used it once then put it away in its little pouch.if ever I need it again I’ll have it. A must for the handyman.

Very useful tool.
Very useful tool. Price is good but quality is not top notch, feeling easily broken.

Cheap plastic, but great tool!
Pricey for what you get, material wise. Not flimsy, but it's a simple and unique design. Value is in the usability, as it's really really useful -- but the markup on this thing must be incredible. Recommended.

I bought this as a gift, he don't have it yet, but he'll love it. Great plastic quality. Can in a nice box and storage bag. Arrived in 9 days to a rural location. Will definitely buy another one for my husband. Recommend!

Another useless tool in the box
Classic tool purchase: looked like it would solve all my problems, but turned out to be useless. The four black tightening knobs are super cheap: they loosen very quickly so suddenly the whole tool is sliding all over the place. Tension bolts are what's needed here so you can move the tool into different configurations and then lock it down, without all the rulers sliding around. Maybe the more expensive metal version is better. There are easier ways to measure and duplicate angles.
