Q: OK for use on SawStop brake technology?

I've been using it on my Sawstop 3 hp cabinet saw without issues.

Q: what is the plate thickness?

The plate thickness is 0.085 inches.

Q: Does this have a diamond knockout for use in Big Foot or Sawsquatch saws?

Sorry I don't recall on knockout. I did need some sawaquatch blades due to massive blade flex with the included Freud. After some research and experimentation the BASIC answer is "the only REALLY acceptable blade is the ones from big foot". I bought two.

Q: Is this blade suitable for both ripping and cross cutting?

Just ripping, really. If you want a blade for both ripping and cross cutting, get a general purpose blade.
