Love this, how have a sewn all these years without one?
Very tactile little gadget, that lets to get the fabric pinned down very close to the sewing machine needle and right under the foot without fear of an accident to your fingers. The rubberised coating on the point is great to stop it from slipping and the triangular-shaped handle is ergonomically very pleasing and comfortable in the hand. I would not like to be without this little fellow in my sewing arsenal.

Easy to Use
Just be aware this has a really nice sheath that in some instances works as well as the metal "Prong". It took me a while to realise there was a metal prong hidden.

Great tool for any machine sewing!
Great tool for its intended purpose. Grips fabric well and keeps fingers away from the needle. Very sturdy, I even used it for a huge denim/flannel rag quilt to guide (push,force) those 6 layers of denim and flannel at the intersections through my old workhorse Kenmore machine and it worked great. The rubber(?) tip can be removed to use with just the metal shaft for those who want to use with an iron for applique. Frustrates me when people leave poor reviews when the item has been used for other than its intended purpose.
