I take two 1000mg capsules each day (small and easy to swallow with water.) I find it beneficial for my arthritis and general wellbeing. My skin has also improved, it’s less dry and clearer than it ever used to be.I searched for months for a non-chemically extracted fish oil made from one fish. Purchased as part of a range of vitamins to consume whilst breastfeeding to ensure little babe is getting everything they need as I mostly always don't consume enough fish in my diet per week to guarantee what she needs without substituting. No horrible after taste and they seem to do the job. Really happy with product and will continue to purchase again and again as part of my diet now.
