This backpack is the perfect size for my 14 pound Prapso Shih Tzu. It’s super easy to adjust the straps for a perfect fit for her and I and it’s very easy to put her in it, then pick her up and put it on me. She loves it and so do I. She’s my little velcro dog, so as long as she’s close to me she doesn’t mind. I love there’s a little hole for her tail. She’s nice and secure in it too. I know she can’t fall out of it. It has zippers and is very lightweight so it doesn’t add any extra weight for me. 14 pounds is enough lol.I do recommend this backpack.

Cute but too big for my 4 pound dog. She can slip right through the leg holes. Too bad it doesn't come smaller as she likes it.

I purchased the medium size for our puppy French bulldog she weighs about 7 1/2 pounds and it was snug on her I also don't think it gives much support to the dog and pushes on her throat and esophagus area which I don't like at all the straps are not thin as some of the other reviews stated they are rather thick and it comes with a small padded area to help relieve some of the pressure I think the product is Made very well and the colors are very Pretty and as described but I don't believe the sizing is anywhere near True. we are going to keep this because my son loves it and he just carries his puppy around the house for a very short amount of time and he's happy with it but if you're looking for something to use on it to walk distance or around a craft fair I would definitely search for a different product with more support The puppy definitely doesn't look completely comfortable I need to be in for an extended amount of time

This carrier is great for taking our micro-mini golden doodle for longer walks. She enjoys being in front and able to see where we’re going. We had a backpack style carrier that she sat in but would try to crawl out, she wasn’t comfortable in it. She’s 12 pounds and the large is a perfect fit. I do crisscross the straps on my back for extra support.

My pup LOVES this carrier, and so do I! She was afraid at first to get in it, but per reading prior reviews unzipping both sides first with her sitting on my lap, it was a breeze to get on. Then adjusting it was also so easy! The second I had her on my chest she felt so comfortable, and it was absolutely comfortable for me as well. After jogging around with her she literally fell into like a trans. I bet she'd fall asleep in this after enjoying the outside for a while. She loved being high up and so close to me (loves to be held, so makes sense).I got a medium and Bailey is a 5.5lb Cavapoo. She's 10" neck to tail, 9" around her neck, and 11" around her chest and this fit her well with room to grow based on expansion (I had it at its tightest and it was perfect for her).After a while I used it as a backpack and she was fine with that too! I purchased this for my hikes/jogs bc she's too small to go on them with me without me having to hold her after a few steps, but I'm going to use this for so much more! She's not a big fan of her carrier bc she feels locked away. I'll obviously still use it but this is perfect for running errands and random things having her with me, as she's still a puppy. She should be growing to ~10lbs and I don't see me having to change sizes.I've added a few pics for reference. The carrier she's in is a Mr. Peanut (which I fully endorse btw, they expand and are awesome).Only negative is that it has no pockets to put stuff in, but that's fine I didn't get it for that reason anyways. Super lightweight and breathable. I completely advise this bad boy for peeps :-)
