My kids were ALWAYS stealing my phone to take pics (and we all know how equally annoying and entertaining it is to have to go back through and delete most of the silly photos). Not anymore! I was impressed with the quality of photos it took and with the beating it sustained from being handled by kids.

The zoom capability this camera has is close to none!! Highly recommended

this camera is lovely! i bought it because of the color and price, and also because i prefer the feeling of taking pictures with a camera vs a phone. i do not regret it!pros:-the price of course-the pink color is super adorable-VERY lightweight and compact (i wore mine on a lanyard for long periods of time with no discomfort)-comes with an SD card that can fit a bunch of pictures-is capable of photo and video-takes very decent photos given the price (especially once they are printed out or put on a computer)-good battery life!cons:-not very good at taking photos in the dark-sometimes there is a bit of lag between pressing the button and the photo actually taking, which can lead to blurry photoswhen i returned home from vacation, i took my camera SD card and printed off all of the pictures at walmart. they turned out looking very nice, and now i have a photo book with a ton of my vacation photos!!DO GET this camera if you’re looking for:-a lightweight and compact camera that is inexpensive-a camera that you won’t feel heartbroken about losing (very good for vacations as you don’t have to worry about that aspect)-decent photo quality, but nothing crazyDO NOT get this camera if you’re looking for:-a camera that is good in low lighting-a professional quality camera (obviously lol)

This is one of the least expensive cameras that you can buy in the point-and-shoot category. The camera physical design is great. It's relatively easy to use and doesn't require you to read the manual, which is good because the manual is written in 4 point typeface and doesn't really add much value. Just push the menu button and cycle through the available options... they are all really self explanatory.I bought this for my 9 and 12 year old kids who are going to camp. I got the accident protection in case they drop it. But the reality is, I needed a cheap camera that just got the job done for the lousy pictures they're likely to take at camp.So, with that in mind, I don't think you'll find anything better for the price. But some things you should know:The image quality is ok to good. I've seen worse. And this is no professional camera. Your phone will do a much better job. Images taken at 12MP actually look somewhat better than the ones at 36MP. Save yourself some memory space and leave it set to 12MP. Even zoomed in, the 12MP looks better.With the included 32MB card, set at 12MP, high sharpness, highest level of quality (detail), you can take 8,700 photos! That's a lot. You don't need more unless you'll be doing a lot of videos.The low light photo quality is poor.The white balance is somewhat off, and the vividness of the colors is somewhat muted.But overall, it meets my needs, so I recommend it. Only 3 stars because in comparison to something else that would cost 2-3 times the price, it's not awesome. But for the price... it is of high "value."

I bought this for my mom phyl and she enjoyed using it on her vacation to Hawaii so she wouldn't have to worry about using her phone.

i got this for my niece for her 6th birthday and she absolutely loved it, it works good for the price and is pretty easy for her to use!

just did a quick test to see if it charged, powered on and the quality of the camera, it passed for me. I'm waiting to give it to my daughter on her 5th birthday in a month. The picture is actually pretty clear compared to some others i have tried in the past. what i didnt like off the bat was how light it was, no weight to it what so ever, on top of that it is very , very sleek and makes it slippery. I felt like i would drop while fidgeting with it. so I'm hoping i can find some kind of silicone casing for it, to have a better grip. I like how they throw in a extra battery. i forgot to test the video but i'm sure its okay since the picture isn't grainy or too low of a quality image.
